The Conspiracy Against Kosovo's Justice System Unraveled
In response to manipulated attacks, we're granting free access to our latest investigative report, ensuring every reader sees the unfiltered truth.
Dear Reader,
I trust this message finds you in good health.
We wish to inform you of a pivotal development concerning our latest investigative endeavour, which has revealed an intricate international scheme designed to destabilise Kosovo's Special Chambers in The Hague. After a comprehensive review by our editorial team and the research investigative observation unit, we have resolved to dismantle the paywall for this crucial report.
This decision was precipitated by concerning activities by specific entities proficient in distorting truths. These groups, which are the subjects of our investigation, obtained subscriptions to our platform and selectively extracted pieces of evidence. They have used this information to launch a slanderous campaign against our Chief Editor, aiming to skew the narrative to their advantage.
We have identified Fitim Ceku in our comprehensive investigative report as one of the key figures in an orchestrated disinformation campaign. This campaign, which we have thoroughly investigated and exposed, is led by Richard Grenell from the international angle. Our 2023/’24 investigative findings1 detail Grenell's connections to Russian financial networks and his involvement in covert operations that blur the lines of diplomacy. Ceku's role2 appears to be that of an amplifier, spreading narratives that align with Grenell’s interests and undermine credible journalism and international judicial processes.
In light of these manipulations, and to ensure equitable access to our findings for all readers, both paid subscribers and free users, we are now offering open access to the complete report. It is vital that you have the unfiltered opportunity to review our findings directly, free from the influence of those with vested interests in misrepresenting the truth.
Given the substantial costs associated with such in-depth investigative journalism, we encourage you to engage critically with the evidence we present. If you value the journalism we provide and wish to support our continued efforts during these challenging times, please consider making a donation or subscribing at a reduced rate.
For the interim, we have reduced the subscription fee from £25 to £15.
Your support is crucial in sustaining our commitment to impactful, ethical journalism. Together, we can preserve the integrity of public discourse and ensure a well-informed populace.
Thank you for your steadfast trust in our work.
Yours sincerely,
Julia Henderson, Managing Editor.

Kosovo’s Justice System is Under Siege
For years, I was vaguely aware of the Special Prosecutor’s Office (SPO), but never did I allow myself to take a deeper interest. The American, European and British newsrooms I worked with had little focus on it, and when they did, the stories were assigned to journalists well-versed in its complexities. Knowing the intricacies of international war crimes investigations, I hesitated to immerse myself in a subject fraught with legal, political, and historical entanglements. But one thing remained clear to me: justice must prevail, regardless of who stands accused.
