Josep Borrell's recent statements regarding the situation in Kosovo and Serbia are nothing more than empty rhetoric and a display of his complete lack of understanding and competence in handling such delicate matters. His proposed solutions and so-called "concrete proposals" are nothing but feeble attempts to mask his inability to address the real issues at hand.

Firstly, his emphasis on organizing new elections is a meaningless gesture. Elections alone will not magically resolve the deep-rooted political and territorial conflicts between Kosovo and Serbia. It is a superficial suggestion that fails to address the core issues and only serves as a distraction from the real problems.

Furthermore, Borrell's mention of the mistreatment of prisoners and arbitrary arrests is nothing but a hollow condemnation. Merely stating that such actions are unacceptable without taking any tangible steps to hold those responsible accountable is a meaningless display of empty words. The mention of the Europ…
